COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Welcome to the Gains & Gears community! To ensure a positive, safe, and valuable experience for all members, please adhere to the following guidelines.

GENERAL CONDUCT

  1. Respect Other Members: Treat all community members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or bullying will not be tolerated.
  2. No Malicious Content: Do NOT post malicious links (IP loggers, malware, phishing sites, etc.). Any attempt to share harmful content will result in an immediate ban without appeal.
  3. No Solicitation: Do NOT DM other server members or staff for money. Please contact staff immediately if anyone DMs you with any financial proposals.
  4. No Advertising: Do NOT advertise other servers, Telegram channels, or external communities. This includes subtle attempts to redirect members elsewhere.
  5. No Self-Promotion: Do NOT advertise your own projects, services, or businesses unless specifically authorized by staff in designated channels.
  6. No Doxxing or Threats: Do NOT threaten other members with doxxing, DDOSing, or any other form of attack or intimidation. Such actions will result in immediate removal.
  7. No Spam: Excessive posting, message flooding, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  8. Keep Discussions Relevant: Try to keep conversations topical and in the appropriate channels.
  9. No NSFW Content: Do not share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content. This includes text, images, and links.

FINANCIAL CONTENT GUIDELINES

  1. No Pump and Dumps: Do not attempt to organize or promote pump and dump schemes or other market manipulation activities.
  2. Not Financial Advice: All calls, signals, insights, and recommendations posted by Mo Karney or any caller in this community are NOT financial advice. Members of Gains & Gears must do their own research (DYOR) when investing in options, cryptocurrencies, sports bets, or real estate.
  3. No Guaranteed Returns: Do not claim or promise guaranteed returns on any investment or strategy.
  4. Transparency: When discussing trades or investments, be honest about risks and potential downsides.
  5. No Pressure Tactics: Do not pressure other members to make investments or follow specific trading strategies.
  6. Risk Disclaimers: When sharing trading strategies or investment ideas, include reminders about risk.

PRIVATE CHAT ETIQUETTE

  1. Respect Privacy: Do not share screenshots or details of private conversations without permission.
  2. No Spam DMing: Do not send unsolicited direct messages to multiple community members.
  3. Report Problems: If you receive inappropriate DMs or encounter issues with another member, report it to the moderation team.

MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

  1. Staff Decisions: Respect decisions made by moderators and staff. If you disagree with a moderation action, address it privately with the moderation team.
  2. Warnings System: Minor violations may receive warnings before more serious actions are taken.
  3. Ban Appeals: Ban appeals can be submitted through our official Discord channels, except in cases of severe violations as noted in these guidelines.
  4. Rule Updates: These guidelines may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. No Financial Responsibility: Gains & Gears and its staff are NOT responsible for your financial losses or gains. All investment decisions are your own responsibility.
  2. Educational Purpose: All content provided is for educational and informational purposes only.
  3. Research Requirement: Members must conduct their own research when investing in options, cryptocurrencies, sports betting opportunities, or real estate.
  4. Risk Acknowledgment: By participating in this community, you acknowledge that all forms of trading and investing involve risk, including the potential loss of principal.
